Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By installing, signing up for, or using SeedPeep ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. What SeedPeep does

SeedPeep is a creator-seeding tool for Shopify merchants. It helps you discover micro-creators on TikTok, draft and send personalized pitch emails, ship gift orders via Shopify, and attribute resulting sales back to specific creator partnerships.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, operate a legitimate Shopify store, and have authority to bind that business to these terms.

4. Your account

• You're responsible for activity under your account, including pitches sent and orders created from it.
• You must keep your login credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us at [email protected].
• You may grant access to teammates via SeedPeep's organisation features. You're responsible for their use of the Service.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use SeedPeep to:

• Send spam, deceptive, or harassing messages to creators.
• Misrepresent your brand, products, or the nature of any partnership offer.
• Promote illegal products, content, or activity.
• Circumvent technical limits, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the Service.
• Resell, sublicense, or expose SeedPeep functionality as a paid service to third parties without our written consent.

Pitches sent via SeedPeep must comply with applicable cold-email laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, and any other rules that apply to your recipients). You are the sender; you are responsible for compliance. SeedPeep provides tooling, not legal cover.

6. Connected services

SeedPeep integrates with third-party services including Shopify, Google (Gmail API), TikAPI, Anthropic, Resend, and others. Your use of those services is governed by their terms — we're not responsible for their availability, behaviour, or pricing.

7. Data and privacy

Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Intellectual property

SeedPeep, including its code, design, and brand, is owned by Woodpigeon Inc.. You retain ownership of your store data, brand assets, pitch drafts, and any content you generate within the Service.

9. Fees

The Service may be free during beta. If we introduce paid plans, we will notify you in advance and you can decide whether to continue. Fees, when introduced, are billed on the cycle disclosed at sign-up and are non-refundable except where required by law.

10. Termination

You can stop using SeedPeep at any time by uninstalling the Shopify app and deleting your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the Service, or pose a security or legal risk, with notice where reasonable.

11. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that creator outreach via SeedPeep will result in partnerships, sales, or any specific outcome.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Woodpigeon Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD $100 if no fees were paid.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located there.

14. Changes

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
